Learn how to use Waki step by step to donate, swap, and make the most of the community.

How to upload an item for exchange

  1. 1Click on "Add", located in the center of the main menu.
  2. 2Select the option "Swap".
  3. 3Choose the appropriate category. If you can't find an exact match, you can use "Other Categories".
  4. 4Upload up to 6 photos of the item you want to trade, fill in the title and description, specify what you want in exchange, and indicate the condition of the item and add relevant tags. Click "Publish", and you're all set!

How to become a Waki Hero?

  1. 1In your profile settings, tap the "Become a Waki Hero" banner.
  2. 2You can choose between monthly, annual, or lifetime (forever member) membership options.
  3. 3You'll be able to use the map to see all available items, apply custom filters, receive priority notifications, and browse ad-free.
  4. 4And last but not least… you'll be the driving force behind this initiative.

How to review a user

  1. 1Go to your post and click on "Mark as Donated".
  2. 2You'll have the option to select one of the people you spoke with or choose "I donated it outside of Waki".
  3. 3Rate the recipient on a 5-star scale based on punctuality, reliability, and responsiveness (how quickly they replied) + add a short review.
  4. 4Click "Submit Review", and you're all set!

How to send your suggestions

  1. 1You can contact us through the contact page on our website or by joining our WhatsApp group.
  2. 2You can also access this through your profile settings page in the app.
  3. 3Join the group and choose the appropriate channel (general chat, suggestions, technical issues) and we will assist you shortly!
